About Managed Color
Randy Zaucha has 40+ years experience reproducing color images from start to finish. He has worked “on the bench” as a journeyman scanner operator and color retoucher for large printing companies, ad agencies, large digital printers and as photographer/retoucher for best-selling American artist Thomas Kinkade.
Randy has authored four internationally sold books on color reproduction and has taught color repro principles for twelve years at the Graphic Arts Institute of Northern California.
With his comprehensive mix of practical and theoretical experience, Randy is able to solve color reproduction problems on any media and optimize workflows for any situation. With many years of teaching experience, Randy is able to explain and simplify the complex issues of color imaging.
